Over 100 adults and children were fascinated by the hands-on experience of crafting their own shofars. Rabbi Shalom Ber Prus presented various horns and then demonstrated how a horn is transformed into a Shofar. Participants were then able to experience the process themselves with their very own Shofar. Afterwards, participants enjoyed a presentation from a beekeeper. They were able to touch the honeycomb, smell the beeswax and taste apples dipped in fresh local honey.
